World, answered
What BPM is world?
Usually 80 to 125 beats per minute. Beatomat keeps a world set inside that window and only pairs records whose keys sound good together.
What does world sound like?
Local instruments and rhythms, often polyrhythmic, with tempos and keys that vary a lot from record to record.
Can I mix world myself in the browser?
Yes. Open Beatomat Decks: two decks, a three-band EQ, hot cues, loops and effects, and every record shows its tempo and key, so you can see which ones will blend before you try.
Are these mixes free?
Yes. Every finished mix plays free in any browser, without an account. Free includes 30 minutes of mixing a day; the paid plan removes the limit.
